Refund & Warranty Policy

All of our gear is made to be tough and adventure-ready — but just like any well-loved item, things can sometimes go wrong. If you ever run into an issue with your hardware, we’ve got your back.

✅ Covered Under Warranty:

We’ll replace or repair your hardware if there’s a fault, including:

Buckles that break or stop working
Rivets, Screws, D-rings, or O-rings that break
Trigger hooks that stop working or snap

🚫 Not Covered:

We can’t cover damage that happens from use or mischief, like:

Chewing, biting, or scratching
Natural wear from water, sun, or time
Tarnishing, or marks from metal rubbing on the Biothane
Finish wearing off hardware with regular use
Misuse of printed Biothane, including use in salt or chlorinated water

Please note: If a replacement is needed, the customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

Custom Orders & Returns

Because every piece is custom-made just for your pup, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your dog’s measurements before placing your order — we want everything to fit just right!

If you need to make a change to your order, let us know as soon as possible. Once your item has been built and packaged, we’re unable to make further edits, exchanges, or cancellations.

Shipping Notes

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping provider. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we're happy to help guide you through making a claim with the carrier if needed.
